Payment Policy  

Payment is to be made at the time of purchase.

After you submit your order, you can pay with your credit card via PayPal gateway (select: Don’t have a PayPal account) or with a PayPal account.



If your order is being shipped to an address in Indiana, we will pay the sale tax, and do not charge you the extra cost.

If the order is being shipped outside of Indiana, we do not collect a sales tax.

If you (wholesaler) have a valid Indiana Resellers Permit, we can set your account up as non-taxable. Let us know if you would like to set up a resellers account by Contacting Us. Tax cannot be removed from orders that have already been shipped.

Additional charges for customs clearance and tax in other country, if any, must be borne by the recipient.

It requires completing and submitting a shipping insurance claim form within a timeframe of carrier payment to file a claim for a lost/damaged UPS/FedEx/DHL/LTL parcel.
