Customer Account

Do I need to provide an e-mail address?

Yes. An email address may be used for registration, order confirmations, ship confirmations, promotional opportunities, newsletters, product updates, and invoices. 


Encrypted connection

Secure protocol (https) is used for login, registration, checkout and payment pages. Your connection to Fsmart.com is encrypted with 128-bit encryption.


How to create a customer account?

To create a customer account, a user needs to complete a simple 'Profile details' form (available by clicking the Register link in the Authentication box) and submit it.

An account assures that you do not have to reenter personal information and billing/shipping addresses every time you wish to order a product: all the necessary information will be stored in your personal profile and can be re-used when necessary.

Some features (like orders history, wish lists /gift registry, special offer, returns) are available to registered users.


Can passwords contain symbols?

Passwords can contain upper- or lower-case letters, numbers and symbols.  Your password must be at least 7 characters long. It should not be the same as your username.


Account details:

Enable you to modify your profile so that your data is always up to date.


Wish list:

Allow you to add and store product titles and detailed info of the products that you intend to buy in the future.


Create and Add new events:

Through the main wish list: Wish List menu >click on New Event link. To create an event you are supposed to fill in the following fields: Status, Title, Event Date, Description, and Guestbook. The status field displays the current state of an event and sets the access level for visitors of the site: public, private, disabled. Users can search for the event in Special area.


Product Descriptions

Fsmart tries to detail the products as accurate as possible. Please be sure to read the products' detailed description carefully and to double check your order for accuracy prior to submission.

If there are any questions, customer can click and use 'Ask a question about this product' forms.



Order information

Please confirm the order information (such as Shipping Address) is correct to ensure proper delivery and shipment of your order.



Will my online payment be secure?

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is protected.


Will all the payments be processed via PayPal?

Yes. After you submit your order, you will be directed to PayPal.com to process payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) via PayPal (select: Don’t have a PayPal account).

Or you can pay with your PayPal account.



Do I have to pay sales tax?

If your order is being shipped to an address in Indiana, we will pay the sale tax, and do not charge you the extra cost.

If the order is being shipped outside of Indiana, we do not collect a sales tax.

If you have a valid Indiana Resellers Permit, we can set your account up as non-taxable. Let us know if you would like to set up a resellers account by Contacting Us. Tax cannot be removed from orders that have already been shipped.


Additional charges for customs clearance and tax in other country:

Additional charges for customs clearance and tax in other country, if any, must be borne by the recipient.



Can the order be shipped to multiple destinations?

No. Please place separate orders for delivery to multiple destinations.

If free shipping:

If free shipping, the free shipping will only be applied to orders shipped to within the USA. All orders shipped to Puerto Rico, or Guam may incur a shipping charge.


How long will it take to ship my order?

If we stock the items we offer, we are able to ship orders in 2-4 business days during our normal business week.

No orders will ship on weekends or holidays.

We will notify you if there are any delays in your order.

No in-store pickups are available.


Shipping Insurance:

We ship international package with shipping insurance.


What if I changed my address since my last order?

Please update your current shipping and billing address.

Please let us know immediately if your shipping or billing address has changed since your last order.  Failure to inform us of your change of address may delay your order and could possibly incur you additional rerouting shipping fees.


Track your package

Track your package with the information on Shipping Notifications.

Please often track your international package. If there is any shipping delay, please let us know.

It requires completing and submitting a shipping insurance claim form within a timeframe of carrier payment to file a claim for a lost/damaged UPS/FedEx/DHL/LTL parcel.


Return Policy

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we have a return policy.

Please be sure to read the products' detailed description carefully and to double check your order for accuracy prior to submission.

Defective product return:

Return shipping will be credited to customers account upon receipt of defective product. Customer can decide to get full refund or to replace the product.



If we send you an incorrect product, we will arrange the replacement. Once we receive the product back in stock, we will ship the correct product.


Return outside of defective product and incorrect product:

Return shipping will be handled by customer. You are responsible for all return shipping (freight costs) and proper packaging.


Round trip shipping charges apply to returns made for customer error.


Cancelled or Refused Orders:

Orders cancelled after the product has shipped, or orders that are refused at time of delivery because you changed your mind and decided you just didn't want the order are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RMA Number and ship the product back to the correct address.

If delivery of a product is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 10% restocking fee will apply.

No shipping costs will be credited if order is cancelled or if delivery is refused.


International package:

If the recipient does not pay the Customs Clearance fee in time (and the fee is needed), the international packages are returned to the seller and no shipping costs will be credited.

Note: If any international return, the buyer should be responsible for all return shipping costs and proper packaging.


Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy!

Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database (PayPal). Your sensitive information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.


Gift Certificates

Customer can purchase a gift certificate by using the 'Gift certificates' section of the Customer interface (Special menu->Gift certificates): specifies the name of the person who is sending the certificate and the name of the certificate recipient, creates a message for the recipient, chooses an amount of money for which the certificate must be issued, specifies, whether the certificate should be delivered by email.

The Customer adds the certificate to the shopping cart and orders it as if it were a regular product. After the order with the gift certificate gets processed, the certificate is activated and sent to the recipient specified by the certificate purchaser.

To redeem a gift certificate, a person simply needs to select 'Gift Certificate' as a method of payment on checkout. When a gift certificate is used to pay for an order, the gift certificate's amount is changed accordingly. If the order, paid by a gift certificate, is declined by the store, the order total amount is returned to the gift certificate and its amount is restored.

The only limitation is that orders containing nothing but gift certificates cannot be paid for by a gift certificate.

Any holder of a gift certificate has the ability to check the current amount and status of his or her gift certificate by using gift certificate verification service.


Bulk Pricing Request

Pricing for bulk purchases is determined on a per-case basis. Bulk discounts offer lower prices for customers with larger volumes.
