A respectable website would never spam, and we will always remain that way.

If you ever receive any spam e-mail you think is sent by us, no matter what it says in it, it is NOT sent by us. Sometimes, for whatever reasons, individuals try to harm our website by sending out spam letters with our e-mail as the sender address. Again, this is never us.

Fsmart tries its best to locate and prosecute these offenders. If you receive spam you think is by us, copy the e-mail header (right-click and Properties) and send it to us. It contains the real sender's IP and might help law enforcement find the person.
